Why do I have a negative balance?
A negative balance usually means a cancellation fee was applied-most often from canceling a job or being marked as a no-show.
View your balance details
- Go to Payments > Payment history
- Look for transactions labeled Job cancellation fee to see the amount, related job, and your current balance.
What this means for booking
You won’t be able to apply to new jobs until your balance is resolved.
How to resolve a negative balance
You can either:
- Pay the balance using a debit or credit card
- Let the balance be covered by earnings from an upcoming job (*You must already be booked for an upcoming job to use this method.)
Paying your balance
- Go to Payments > Payment history
- Select payment type
- Submit payment
