How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in your SitterTree settings.

Deleting your account

1. Go to Settings > Manage account > Delete account.
2. Choose your reason for leaving and add any comments
3. Confirm your password
4. Submit

If you are booked for upcoming jobs, you’ll need to cancel them before you can delete your account.

What to expect

Once deleted, your profile will no longer be visible to families or groups.

Note: Account deletion is permanent. If you return to SitterTree, you may need to create a new account and complete verification again.

Some data from your profile or past interactions may remain in archived records as described in SitterTree’s Privacy Policy, even after account deletion. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
