Ingrid
Hello, i’m Ingrid Sackey and I’m currently a student at Georgia State. Growing up in a large family, caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. From a young age, I helped raise and look after my younger siblings, cousins, and the children of my parents' friends. These experiences taught me patience, responsibility, adaptability, and the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children of all ages. Over the years, I have gained extensive hands-on childcare experience, from supervising daily activities and helping with homework to preparing meals, organizing fun activities, and ensuring children's overall well-being. I am also a polyglot and speak multiple languages, which allows me to communicate effectively with diverse families and introduce children to different cultures and languages when appropriate. In addition to childcare, I have always been actively involved in sports and extracurricular activities, which has helped me develop strong leadership, teamwork, time-management, and problem-solving skills. I enjoy encouraging children to stay active, be creative, and build confidence through engaging and educational activities. I am CPR and First Aid certified, providing families with added peace of mind knowing that I am prepared to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. I take the safety, health, and happiness of every child very seriously and pride myself on being dependable, mature, and highly capable. As a nanny, I am committed to creating a positive, supportive, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I am extremely competent when it comes to caring for children and understand the trust that families place in their caregivers. I am excited for the opportunity to meet your family, build meaningful connections with your children, and demonstrate the responsibility, dedication, and enthusiasm that I bring to every childcare role. I look forward to getting to know everyone and becoming a trusted, reliable, and caring presence in your children's lives.

Brittany
Hi! I’m a dependable, patient, and caring person with many years of hands-on childcare experience. Taking care of children has always been a natural part of my life, and I truly enjoy helping kids feel safe, supported, and encouraged I loved being able to guide and encourage them, and many of them stayed in touch to tell me how those early lessons helped them later in life. as they grow. I’m also a Registered CNA and hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association, which has given me additional training in safety, emergency response, and caring for others. My childcare experience started very early in life. When I was 10 years old, the first of my five baby cousins was born. By the time she was about three months old, I began helping care for her on my own. As more of my cousins were born over the years, I regularly babysat them as well, sometimes caring for three children at a time for full days that lasted around eight hours. I helped with feeding, diaper changes, naps, playtime, and keeping them on a routine. I continued caring for them from infancy through around age 12, which helped me gain a strong understanding of how children grow and develop at different stages. In my professional career, I spent many years as a retail store manager at American Eagle Outfitters, where most of the employees I hired were teenagers between the ages of 16 and 19. I naturally took on a mentorship role with them, helping them build confidence, responsibility, and communication skills as they worked their first jobs. I loved being able to guide and encourage them, and many of them stayed in touch to tell me how those early lessons helped them later in life. Most recently, I have been helping care for my nephews. My first nephew was born on June 22, 2024, and since April 2025 I have been watching him five days a week for more than eight hours a day while focusing on my radiology technology program. My second nephew was born on December 7, and I now care for both of them together during the day. This has given me daily, hands-on experience caring for infants, including feeding, soothing, nap schedules, and creating a calm, safe environment for them to grow and play. I have also gained helpful insight into supporting children with different needs through my boyfriend, who is a special education teacher. Through him, I’ve learned more about patience, communication, and ways to better support children with disabilities or unique learning needs. Overall, caring for children has been a consistent and meaningful part of my life. I love creating a positive and nurturing environment where kids can have fun, feel supported, and continue learning. I would be grateful for the opportunity to help care for and support children within the church community.
