I have been working full-time in childcare since 2021. Prior to that, I gained valuable experience as a part-time babysitter and a seasonal summer camp counselor. Before entering the childcare field, I spent 10 years in customer service. My decision to transition into childcare was a thoughtful one—I realized that my true passion has always been teaching and supporting growth in others. Since making that change, I’ve never been happier. I began my childcare career as a teacher assistant at a Montessori school, where I completed six professional development trainings. Working alongside certified Montessori teachers gave me a strong understanding of the Montessori approach.
