I am an experienced babysitter with a strong background in child care and tutoring. I enjoy engaging with children and creating a friendly environment. My interests include arts, music, dancing, and cooking. I started tutoring and babysitting at the age of 15 and continued throughout college with many return clients. My previous experience includes working as a Teacher at a Licensed Childcare Facility. I have had the privilege to work with Dallas ISD, Girl Scouts, and Uplift Education. Fun fact: I graduated high school at 14 and started college at 15. I love how children learn and accept everyone for who they are.

Hi! My name is Karen McCabe. I’m a mother of two grown children, I have a daughter and a son. They are my life and are the two most amazing people! I used to babysit for my neighbor across the street from where I used to live. They have three young girls. I used to watch them, get them ready for school, take them to the bus stop and sometimes get them from the bus in the afternoon. I loved helping them out! Then I retired and moved to Texas. I would love to help watch your children! I have a grandson now who is 7 months old.

I love engaging kids in fun, age-appropriate activities and creating a warm, supportive environment for them to thrive.

Hello, My name is Rosalind Willimas, and I have a genuine passion for caring for others, especially children and young adults. I bring a combination of professional experience and personal dedication to every caregiving opportunity. I have worked as a substitute teacher with McKinney Independent School District, where I supported students in a structured learning environment and developed strong skills in patient, communication, and classroom management. In addition, during my time in Corporate America, I participated in a mentorship program guiding high school students who were interested in pursuing careers information Technology, which allowed me to positively influence and encourage youth during important stages of their development. On a personal level, I have helped raise my nieces and nephews over the years, giving me hands-on experience with children of different ages and personalities. I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and valued. I would love the opportunity to provide attentive, trustworthy, and caring support to the Sitter Tree family.

Over the course of the past four years (going on five as of recently) I have pursued childcare as a career, with experience ranging from in-home babysitting to the private daycare center at which I am presently a teacher. (For those curious, I'm trying for the odd babysitting job to get some cash on the side, student loans and all) The majority of my experience has been with children aged one to three, though I have previously worked with infants as young as four months. Furthermore, I have recently graduated with a Master's degree in Early Intervention and Child Development, and I thus bring with me the education that program equipped me with, including but not limited to insights regarding the psychological, socio-emotional, and physiological development of children.
