Angel
Hi, my name is Angel Oviesa. I am a 1L at Georgia State College of Law. I genuinely enjoy taking care of kids and helping them learn and grow. My strengths as a babysitter are that I am a very responsible, reliable, caring, nurturing, and patient person. I come from a big family, so growing up I always helped take care of my younger siblings. I've been babysitting for the past 6 years now.

Christina
Hi Family! My name is Christina Ward, and I look forward to serving your family in the way of childcare. I have 5 years of experience watching little ones from infant age to 15 years old and truly enjoy being able to watch them grow and change over time. Growing up in the church, the natural progression when I became of age, around 10 years old, was to serve in the nursery watching the little ones and toddlers. When I found a church home in the big city of LA after graduating from Long Island University, NY, I went right back to serving on the Nursery Team, and it was a blast. As a dance instructor (Aerial), I have led classes with children ages 5 to 15 in groupings of 10 or more, and their safety was paramount to me with fun trailing a short distance behind. I truly enjoy investing in children's growth and maturation and want to see more genuinely cared for children who are educated and loved properly. My understanding is that it takes a village. I teach English Online and love to engage children in language, spelling and Fundamentals. I also have been sitting for families in need of virtual schooling help so I'm happy to aid in their learning. Some fun activities that I enjoy doing with the children are educational games such as Alphabets, Numbers , Matching, and Colors. I also enjoy a good puzzle game, coloring, or just simple game of building and deconstructing. I can also promise there will be a dance party and even some stretching going on as well. I look forward to meeting your family. Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know a bit about me. ~Christina (CPR Certified)

Amy
Hi! I'm Amy (preferred name Jamie), an experienced nanny and classroom teacher excited to connect with your family. I am 24 years old and have spent the past several years working with children both in and out of the classroom. While in college, I nannied and babysat for several families and churches through SitterTree. After graduating from Oglethorpe University in 2023 with a degree in Politics, I spent two years teaching kindergarten and second grade through Teach for America, while continuing to nanny and babysit for families on the side. I am currently pursuing my Masters in World History and am looking for a full-time nanny position to support myself while in school. In addition to my time as a classroom teacher, I bring over 6 years of nannying experience with children ranging from newborns to age 13. I’ve handled everything from school drop-offs and pickups to organizing extracurriculars, and preparing meals, as well as bedtime routines, potty training, and even overnight and travel care when needed. My number one childcare philosophy is: let’s get outside! I love taking kids to places like the Botanical Gardens, the High Museum, or the neighborhood playground. It’s so meaningful to get kids connected to nature whether we’re walking, digging in the garden, or splashing in the creek. On days when we can’t get outside, I love to pull out the arts and crafts, put together a puzzle, or read a good book (two years of teaching has left me with a great collection)! Looking forward to meeting you and your little ones! :)

Alex

Shanell
Ever since I was a kid I’ve loved the opportunity to teach and assist everyone. Babysitting for me started with family members as I was always the one my family felt could handle “the little ones”! I started babysitting professionally a few years ago with my first family. The three children were ages three, nine, and fourteen. I felt very confident in my position and loved to be able to spend my time in a space were I could be helpful and appreciated. I am a creative director/dance instructor. I have good experience working with younger people and understand their need for patience. My time management skills are excellent, allowing me to be able to multitask many responsibilities, which I feel is important when dealing with children! I’m actually a new mom myself. At home I’m refreshing my skills at being a great sitter. I’m good with helping with homework, reading and encouraging learning activities. Minimal house keeping and cooking are also things I don’t mind doing (kinda comes with the territory). Over all I’m a fun, 4 ‘ 11 “, relatable sitter that wants to keep children happy and parents worry free.

Amelia
Hi! I'm Amelia. I'm 28 years old and my favorite thing to do is see live music. I've grown up around music as my dad is a musician. I have been singing myself for a few years but did not start performing until October 2016. It has been so much fun to do! I enjoy using my musical talent while babysitting by singing for kids and making music together. Kids love music so it's always special getting to share those moments with them. My favorite thing about working with kids is being able to make a positive impact on them and create lasting memories. I've worked with all ages at a variety of summer camps at the MJCCA and Vacation Bible School, date night babysitting, part time and full time nannying, and am a former preschool teacher. I am now attending college to pursue nursing. I am also a mom to one beautiful daughter. Safety and having fun are my main priorities, always. Looking forward to connecting with you all and meeting new families.
