Growing up in the church, the natural progression when I became of age, around 10 years old, was to serve in the nursery watching the little ones and toddlers. When I found a church home in the big city of LA after graduating from Long Island University, NY, I went right back to serving on the Nursery Team, and it was a blast. I also have been sitting for families in need of virtual schooling help so I'm happy to aid in their learning. Some fun activities that I enjoy doing with the children are educational games such as Alphabets, Numbers , Matching, and Colors. I also enjoy a good puzzle game, coloring, or just simple game of building and deconstructing. I can also promise there will be a dance party and even some stretching going on as well. Ever since I was a kid I’ve loved the opportunity to teach and assist everyone. Babysitting for me started with family members as I was always the one my family felt could handle “the little ones”! I started babysitting professionally a few years ago with my first family. The three children were ages three, nine, and fourteen. I felt very confident in my position and loved to be able to spend my time in a space were I could be helpful and appreciated. I am a creative director/dance instructor. I have good experience working with younger people and understand their need for patience. My time management skills are excellent, allowing me to be able to multitask many responsibilities, which I feel is important when dealing with children! I’m actually a new mom myself.
