We have been using SitterTree for several years now and absolutely love it!! With all 4 grandparents living out of state, reliable sitters were a struggle for us. SitterTree allows us to always have dependable care, any time we need it! THANK YOU SitterTree!!!

I lead the special needs ministry for a large church. We rely on weekly help from sitters we book on SitterTree. The app makes it easy to connect with sitters in our area who have experience working with children with disabilities. We now have several Favorites who we book consistently. SitterTree has been a wonderful resource for our ministry.

In high school I babysat for a single mother of two for more than a year. In that capacity, I helped with making sure they stayed on schedule and safe until their mother arrived home from work. From 2001- 2003 I taught 600 students per semester at Hilton Head Middle School (ages 11 - 14), where I also spearheaded after school photography and ceramics. In 2003, I had my daughter who is now living in New York City managing a retail store. In the summers of 2013 and 2014 I taught 2nd graders (age 7 to 8) at Summer Advantage USA in Aspen, Colorado. The program was for children who needed extra help getting ahead for the upcoming school year. In 2017 I was a substitute school teacher at Hilton Head Middle School. I currently assist the coach at Indigo Run with tennis clinics for kids (ages 4 - 12).

Alexis
Hi! My name is Alexis, and I've been working with children for over three years. My journey in childcare began as a camp counselor, and that's where I realized caring for children wasn't just a job, it was something I truly love and wanted to build a career around. I spent three years at The Learning Experience, where I gained hands-on experience caring for children of different ages while supporting their learning, development, and daily routines. I currently work at a Montessori school, where I continue to help children grow through hands-on learning, creativity, and individualized care. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and supported. Whether we're doing crafts, reading stories, playing outside, helping with homework, or following bedtime routines, I strive to make every child feel valued and cared for. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child, and I treat every child with the same kindness, respect, and attention that I would want for my own family. I look forward to getting to know your family and providing care you can feel confident in!
