I am a mother of 4 adult sons and Grammy to 7 grandchildren. I love each of them more than they will ever know. I am a graduate of Bob Jones University. I taught preschool and kindergarten for 10 years. I worked at Michael's Arts and craft store as the event coordinator for 4 years. I loved my time there. "Playing" / teaching crafts to adults and children is very fulfilling for me. I moved to Greenville Sc in 2006 from Vermont. This is when I started working in daycare. I have worked with 1 and 2 year olds. Some with after school age children. I was a nanny for 1 and a half years. I had him from age 3 days until he was old enough to go to daycare. Most of my daycare experience is with babies. I worked in the baby room of a daycare for 10 years. Love the little ones.

In total, I have 13 years of childcare experience. I started out as a full time nanny for a wonderful family, switched to part time for college, summers, and breaks, then finished my degree to become a certified teacher. For the last 9 years, I used my degree which is a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a double minor in English and Music to be a middle school science teacher and then an elementary teacher. I am actively first aid & CPR certified, can tutor, help with music lessons, singing and instruments, and can accommodate to whatever else the family might need. I can run errands, do laundry, cook, complete light housework, help care for pets, and anything else that is needed in addition to childcare.
