Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant Needed for a 5-Year-Old (Long-Term) Hi! I'm a single parent looking for a kind and dependable nanny or family assistant. My daughter is an energetic and cheerful 5 year old. I'm looking for someone who enjoys spending time with young children and is interested in building an ongoing long-term relationship with our family, not just occasional babysitting. Most weeks, I'd love to have someone come over one evening after school for a few hours to help with school pickup, dinner, playtime, and the bedtime routine. I also travel occasionally for work, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable providing overnight care when needed, including school pickup, dinner, bedtime, the morning routine, and school drop-off the next day. Reliability is especially important to me. Since I'm a single parent, I need someone I can truly count on when work requires me to travel. Responsibilities include: • One evening each week (approximately 3–4 hours) • School pickup and occasional drop-off • Preparing a simple dinner • Playtime, reading and bedtime routine • Light tidying up related to my daughter • Occasional overnight care during business travel I'm looking for someone who is: • Warm, patient and dependable • Experienced with children around kindergarten age • Extremely reliable and punctual • Comfortable driving children (clean driving record required) • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) • Able to pass a background check • Is able to provide excellent childcare references
