Created and executed lesson plans and activities on the fly if no set activities were prepared to ensure a positive learning environment for students. Built quick rapport with students through learning everyone’s names, having 1-1 activities with individual students, and conversating with students during lunch. I received high-performance evaluations gathered from survey data from teachers and schools and was offered multiple times to work full-time for schools. I love arts and crafts, dancing, and reading. I make sure to incorporate my interests into the activities that I create for the little ones in my care. I am also a recent University of Texas at Austin graduate. I have my BA in Psychology with a minor in Forensics.
