What should I do if I need to change or cancel a job?
Changes and/or cancellations may be made at any time. Log in to the app and view your Upcoming Jobs to make changes. Once a job has started, contact Support for assistance in changing or canceling your job.
Will I be charged for cancelling a job?
Yes, you will be charged a cancellation fee per SitterTree's Terms of Service. Cancellations made within twelve hours will incur an additional late termination fee, which will be charged to the card on file and paid to the provider.
- $25 - Cancellations made within 3 hours of job start
- $35 - Cancellations made within 1 hour of job start
- $45 - Cancellation made after a job has started
