What should I do if I need to change or cancel a booking?

Changes and/or cancellations may be made at any hour prior to a job. Log in to your dashboard and view your Upcoming Jobs chart to make changes. Once a job has started, contact the Assigning Coordinator to make changes.


Will I be charged for cancelling a job?

Bookings will not be refunded for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time. In addition, cancellations made within three hours will incur a late termination fee, which will be charged to the card on file and paid to the sitter.

  • $25 - Cancellations made within 3 hours of job start
  • $35 - Cancellations made within 1 hour of job start
  • $45 - Cancellation made after a job has started
