For many religious organizations having someone that has a similar faith background is very important. Does SitterTree screening process gather this information?
SitterTree's thorough screening process includes identification verification, criminal background, MVR records, and Sex Offender Searches. While we understand religious organizations may value finding sitters who share their faith backgrounds, SitterTree does not screen any sitter according to their religious beliefs.
Does SitterTree provide copies of background checks to my group?
SitterTree background checks all sitters on the app before they may view or apply to any job. Once a sitter has passed a background check, the sitter is awarded a green shield badge. While consumer privacy laws prevent us from sharing background check reports, churches rely on the Background Check badge to know sitters have cleared a check. More than 200(?) churches trust SitterTree to complete background checks and award sitter badges.
