How do I dispute my child care provider's payment request?
If you believe something is incorrect, you must dispute the payment request within 24 hours after submission.
Disputing a payment request
Go to Jobs > Select the banner at the top
Or
Go to Past > Find your job > Open the menu > Complete payment
1. Review the payment request Check the start time, end time, and total amount
2. Start a dispute If it looks incorrect, select Dispute payment request
3. Add details Indicate the correct start and end time and include any additional details, if applicable
4. Submit the dispute Select Dispute payment request to confirm
If your provider was a no-show, select Report no-show instead.
Dispute timing
You must submit your dispute within 24 hours after the provider requests payment.
What happens next
SitterTree’s Support team will review your dispute within 48 hours, along with any available evidence-including but not limited to chat and call history.
You can track the status of your dispute at any time.
Go to Jobs > Select Past > Find your job
Your card will be charged for the provider’s payment request according to SitterTree’s Terms of Service.
