How do I edit my group's account details?
You can update your account details to keep your group’s information accurate for providers. Most components of your account can be updated at any time directly from your account.
Accessing your account
Select your group name or profile photo (top left)
Account details you can edit
You can update the following information at any time:
- Account
- Profile photo/logo
- Group name
- Group type
- Licensing status
- Account email
- Office phone number
Updating the account email will apply to all users on your account.
- Address: The address where providers will arrive for jobs. Providers will only see your full address after booking. If you update your address, providers booked for upcoming jobs will see the new address.
Team: Team members and their details, including the primary account contact.
- Instructions: Parking, check-in, and other instructions shared with providers you book.
Save changes
Select Save at the bottom of each section after making updates.
Location changes
If you update your address, it will change where you post jobs and search for providers. All providers booked for upcoming jobs will see the updated address.
Changes that require review
If you update your photo or address, the changes will be reviewed by SitterTree’s Support team and may be accepted or rejected. Monitor for emails from SitterTree if additional updates are needed.
