How can I update my group's notification preferences?

You can manage how your group receives notifications in your account settings.

Updating notification preferences

Go to Settings > Notifications

1. Choose notification channels Select how you’d like to receive updates-push notifications, SMS, and/or email

2. Toggle notifications on/off Turn notifications on or off based on your preferences

Note: Notification settings apply to all users on the account.

Receipt notifications

Go to Settings > Notifications > Email

1. Job contact receipts Receipts – Job contact is automatically turned on and cannot be turned off

The job contact will always receive emailed receipts after payment of service fees and provider wages.

2. Enabling primary contact receipts Toggle on Receipts – Primary contact to send receipts to the primary contact as well as the job contact.
