How do I confirm a job?
Once you’re booked for a job, you must confirm it. By confirming a job, you help create alignment before the job starts.
What confirming a job means
When a family or group selects you for a job, you are officially booked and cancellation fees apply. However, you still need to confirm the job details in the app.
Confirming your job gives you a chance to:
- Review the date, time, location, and pay
- Make sure you’re available and prepared
- Reach out with any questions
It also gives families and groups peace of mind knowing you’re committed.
How to confirm
- Log in to SitterTree
- Select Jobs > Upcoming
- Select the job to confirm
- Select the menu next to the job > Confirm
- Review details and select Confirm job
For recurring jobs, you can also select Confirm all.
When to confirm
Confirm your job as soon as possible. You must confirm within 12 hours of receiving the booking notification. If you don’t, you may be removed from the job and cancellation fees may apply.

- Introduce yourself
- Ask any last questions
- Confirm details or expectations
