How do Favorites work?
After you complete a job, families and groups can add you as a Favorite sitter. This usually means they enjoyed working with you and would like to book you again.
What happens when you’re added as a Favorite
You’ll be notified when families and groups who have added you as a Favorite post new jobs, so you can apply early. Being added as a Favorite can increase your chances of being booked again.
The number of times you’ve been added as a Favorite is visible on your profile, helping you build trust with other families and groups.
Managing Favorite notifications
You can adjust how you receive Favorite notifications in your settings.
Viewing who added you as a Favorite
Select Favorites to view families and groups who have added you.
Remove yourself as a Favorite
When a family or group adds you as a Favorite, you are automatically added to their Favorites list. To remove yourself as a Favorite for any family or group:
- Select Favorites
- Open the menu next to the specific family or group
- Select Remove Favorite
Then, you’ll stop receiving notifications for their jobs. The family or group will not be able to re-add you as a Favorite.
