We’re a women-owned and operated app committed to helping parents, preschools, and religious organizations find child care when they need it most. What started as a babysitter’s club in Atlanta has grown into a trusted network across the nation. But what hasn’t changed are the neighborly values SitterTree was founded on—because we believe truly great child care is rooted in community.

tycia
Hi, I’m Tycia! Childcare has always come naturally to me ,from growing up helping care for my older siblings’ children to babysitting for churches and working as a sitter with Bambino. I genuinely love working with kids and believe that even a short amount of time can make a meaningful impact. I take pride in being a kind, patient, and positive presence in every child’s life.

Nkem
Every child deserves to feel seen, safe, and genuinely loved. That's the heart behind the way I care for kids. Hi, I'm Nkay. I've spent years taking care of my little nieces and nephews, and that's really where my love for childcare started. Being the go-to auntie taught me patience, gentleness, and how to keep kids entertained while keeping things calm and structured. I'm a Christian, and my faith guides the way I show up for children with kindness, integrity, and a nurturing spirit. I love creating warm, meaningful moments with kids, whether we're reading stories, playing games, or just talking about their world. Parents describe me as dependable, peaceful, and someone their kids connect with instantly. I believe childhood is sacred, and I treat every child with the same love and care I give to the little ones in my own family. If you're looking for someone who genuinely loves kids and brings a comforting, positive presence into your home, I'd be honored to support your family.

Kajal
Hi! My name is Kajal, and I have over 14 years of experience working with children of all ages. In addition to my professional background, I’m also a proud mother of two wonderful kids of my own. I truly love working with children — their curiosity, creativity, and honesty constantly inspire me and teach me something new every day. I'm patient, reliable, and always focused on creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive. Whether it’s helping with homework, playing games, or just being a comforting presence, I’m here to support your family however I can. I’d love the opportunity to connect and see how I can help with your childcare needs!

I am the oldest of four, having two sisters close in age, and the youngest being my 6year old brother. I have always taken care of kids, whether my little siblings, Sunday school kids in church, church summer programs kids, and now my son. I also have experience taking care of kids with disabilities such as Down syndrome and autism. I love taking care of kids, and I would say they always gravitate towards me as well.

Emily
A bit about me: I am a 26 year old mom of 3 (2 bonus babies that are 8 & 11, and my bio baby who is 3) and I’m childcare provider and early childhood educator of over 7 years. I currently work as a Special Education self containment teacher for Baltimore City Public Schools. Prior to my time in formal classroom settings, I was a nanny for 2 families doing a nanny share with 4 kids. The girls were 18 months when I began and both moms in the families had babies during my time, so by the end of my time with them they were about 3 and 9 months. My day to day with them included meal preparation and serving, changing diapers, taking them to play in nearby parks and on walks, providing educational and developmentally appropriate activities and crafts, as well as helping assist in potty training and general social and emotional development. I am in the process of trying to leave the public school system, as I find myself wanting to be able to show up more presently in my home life as well as develop my personal passions in my spare time. I currently have to work multiple jobs to support my family and would love to return to a job that not only is fulfilling for my passion as a childcare provider while allowing me time and energy to develop my own family and hobbies. I’d love to set up a time to do an interview! Let me know if you’d be interested.
