My name is Arloa Fine. I have about four years experience in childcare, working with kids ranging from 3 months through 5 years. I am currently a part time nanny for a two year old litle boy. Before that, I worked as a full time nanny in the mornings and overnights caring for a preschool child with special needs. I’ve also served many families throughout the Nashville and surrounding areas, baby sitting multiple children ranging from toddler to junior high. Some of these positions were 1:1 while others were with multiple children with significant age differences. Before working in childcare, I obtained my bachelors degree in music education and taught elementary music for 14 years. In total, I have almost twenty years of experience interacting with children and creating safe, nurturing , engaging and fun environments. Some of those experiences have been paid and some were volunteer. In addition to volunteering in my church’s childrens church, I also served as a youth leader for over ten years.
