This role supports the Kids Pastor by assisting with classroom leadership, volunteer support, setup, and ministry operations. Responsibilities Lead or assist in classrooms during weekend services. Help create a safe and welcoming environment for every child. Support volunteers and step into classrooms as needed. Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and organization. Prepare materials and supplies for services. Follow all Victory Kids safety and security procedures. Help ensure services run smoothly. Assist with Kids Camp, VBS, and other ministry events as needed. Qualifications Loves Jesus and enjoys working with kids. Reliable, punctual, and teachable. Positive attitude and works well on a team.

We are looking for extra volunteers to help with our Children’s Church services this upcoming Wednesday. Volunteers will engage in childcare and help maintain a healthy, welcoming environment.

Welcome every child with warmth and enthusiasm. Teach the weekly Bible lesson using the provided curriculum. Lead age-appropriate worship, activities, games, and small group discussions. Encourage participation and help children apply biblical truths to everyday life. Create a fun, engaging, and safe classroom environment. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness before and after each service. Follow all Leaders Kids safety policies and check-in/check-out procedures. Communicate respectfully and professionally with parents and ministry leaders. Distribute and encourage the use of LK Bucks according to ministry guidelines. Pray with and for the children during each service. Work together with classroom assistants and ministry leaders as one team.
