How do reviews work?
Reviews help you evaluate child care providers and help providers build strong profiles. After each completed job, both you and your provider can leave feedback.
Leaving a review for a child care provider
After a job is complete, you’ll be prompted to leave a star rating and written review.Reviews are optional and will be visible to the provider and families or groups viewing their profile.
Receiving a review
After a completed job, providers can also leave groups a star rating and written review. These reviews are optional and visible to you and child care providers considering your jobs.
Your rating
Your ratings from past jobs create your average star rating. This helps providers understand what it’s like to work with your group.
