How can I report a child care provider or chat?

You can report provider profiles and/or chats to help maintain a strong and respectful community.

Reasons to report

The user will not be notified of your report.

You can report for:

• Fake or misleading profiles
• Inappropriate behavior
• Rude or abusive behavior
• Offensive behavior
• Safety concerns
• Other

Reporting a provider profile

Go to the provider’s profile > Open the menu > Report.

1. Select a reason

Choose the reason for reporting.

2. Submit the report

Select Report.

Reporting a chat

Go to the chat > Open the menu (top right) > Report.

2. Submit the report

Select Report.

Once submitted, SitterTree’s Support team will review your report.
