Can I block child care providers?

You can block child care providers at any time.

Blocking a child care provider

You can block providers from search, applicants, or booked jobs.

• From search or applicants

Go to the provider’s profile > Open the menu (top right) > Select Block > Confirm Block

• From a booked job

Go to Jobs > Find your job > Open the menu > View profile From the provider’s profile > Open the menu (top right) > Select Block > Confirm Block

What happens when you block

Blocking a child care provider is always anonymous.

• The provider is not notified
• The provider will not be able to view or apply to your future jobs
• If the provider is booked for upcoming jobs, they will be removed
• You will not be charged cancellation fees

Unblocking a provider

Go to Favorites > Blocked Open the menu next to the provider > Select Unblock
