Why was my group account closed?

Accounts may be closed for a number of reasons. Check your email for a notification from SitterTree with more details about your specific situation.

Common reasons for account closure include:

  • Previously permanently closed account
  • Safety issues, including but not limited to user reports
  • Payment failures
  • Spam
