How do reviews work?

Reviews help you select sitters and build trust within the SitterTree community. After each completed job, both you and your sitter can leave feedback.

When to leave a review

After a job, you’ll be prompted to leave a star rating and written review for your sitter. Reviews are optional and will be visible to the sitter and other families or groups.

When sitters review you

Sitters can also leave a star rating and written review about their experience working with you. These reviews are optional and visible to you and future sitters considering your jobs.

Your rating

Your overall rating is based on reviews from past jobs. This helps sitters understand what it’s like to work with you.

Where to find reviews

Go to Reviews > By you > View jobs that still need a review

Can I edit my review?

No. Once submitted, reviews can’t be edited or deleted.
