How can I report a sitter or chat?
You can report sitter profiles or messages directly in SitterTree.
You can report things like:
- Fake profiles
- Misleading information
- Inappropriate or offensive content
- Rude or abusive behavior
- Safety concerns
The user will not be notified of your report.
Reporting a sitter
- From the sitter’s profile > Open the menu > Report
- Choose a reason
- Submit your report
Reporting a chat
- From the chat > Open the menu > Report
- Choose a reason
- Submit your report
Once submitted, SitterTree’s Support team will review your report.
For urgent safety concerns
If you feel unsafe or there is an emergency, contact emergency services (911).
