Can I block sitters?
You can block sitters at any time to prevent them from viewing or applying to your future jobs.
When you can block a sitter
You can block sitters:
- While searching and viewing profiles
- From applicants to your jobs
- After booking a sitter
Blocking a sitter
- From a sitter’s profile > Open the menu > Block > Confirm
If the sitter is booked for upcoming jobs, they will be removed from those jobs, and the jobs will be reposted for other sitters to apply to. You will not be charged cancellation fees.
Sitters are not notified that they have been blocked.
Unblocking a sitter
- Go to Favorites > Blocked > Open the menu next to the sitter > Unblock
