How do I book a child care provider?

After reviewing applicants, you can book a child care provider for your job by following these steps.

Book a provider

• Go to Jobs > Under Upcoming, find your job
• Open the menu next to the job > View applicants

1. Choose a provider Open the menu next to the provider you’d like to book > Book job

2. Select job(s) (for recurring jobs) Choose whether to book the provider for one job or all jobs they applied for.

3. Review details and fees Your service fee will be shown, along with a summary of the job details and the provider’s booking and cancellation policy.

Your first single job will have the service fee waived. You will still pay the provider’s wages through the app after the job is completed.

4. Add payment method (if needed) If this is your first booking, add a payment method. This will be saved to your account and used to complete the current booking and for future payments.

5. Complete booking Select Complete payment to book your provider.

When to book

The best time to book a job is within 0-5 days of receiving applicants.

Last-minute bookings

You can book a job up to 30 minutes before the start time. You may need to adjust the start time to allow the provider at least 30 minutes to arrive. After booking, you can confirm the arrival time via chat.
