What are bookings and how do I purchase them?
Bookings are used to pay SitterTree’s service fee when you book a job. You can save on service fees by purchasing 10 or more Bookings at a discounted rate.
Understanding Bookings
- Bookings are added to your SitterTree Bookings Balance when purchased
- One Booking is deducted each time you book a job
- Bookings never expire
If a job is canceled, or a provider is a no-show, the Booking is returned to your Bookings Balance for future use.
Purchasing Bookings
Go to Purchase > Bookings
1. Select the amount Choose how many Bookings you want to purchase
2. Choose auto-reload (optional) Select Automatically reload my account to reload your balance when it reaches zero
If enabled, the system will automatically reload your account with the same number of Bookings you last purchased. This way, Bookings will always be purchased at the discount bulk rate. The card on file will be charged.
3. Select a payment method Choose your payment method.
- Credit/debit card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee
- Select ACH bank transfer to avoid processing fees
4. Select a receipt recipient Choose a team member to receive the receipt
5. Complete the purchase Select Complete payment
Viewing Bookings Balance and history
To view your Bookings Balance and transaction history:
Go to Payment > Bookings
